Sherpas.com is a B2B2C marketplace with one mission: making private education accessible to everyone. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and a user-centric approach, Sherpas.com aims to bridge the gap between quality courses and those seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills, regardless of their background or financial constraints.

Joined the company 3 years ago as Head of Design, right after the seed funding round. For the past 3 years, I've been in charge of the Product team. The team has now grown to 3 Product Managers and 2 Product Designers.

Search for product market feet

Discovery process fallowed the Double diamond structure:

  1. Problem Definition: Clearly articulate the problem or opportunity

  4. Prototyping: Create low-fidelity prototypes or mockups
